Step 2 - Just bring a container

All utensils and ingredients are provided on the day of the baking class. So, simply bring an empty container to school and join Baking Buddies in the advertised room at 3.15.

Step 3 - Baking Fun

After we collected all our utensils and looked at the recipes, we will dive into the baking experience. You can independently follow the recipe at your own pace and ask questions whenever needed or get help with step-by-step instructions. Licking the spoon is compulsory 😉.

Step 4 - Take home a recipe and your bakes

At the end of the class you will receive a recipe card and if you haven’t completely devoured your creations, you will be able to take any left overs back home to share.

Baking buddies was superb, Mrs Shafer is kind and skilled and she created 3 amazing days with brilliant bakes and my daughter’s confidence has grown and grown in the kitchen. The holiday club is such a fantastic offer from Mrs Shafer at the school and my daughter will definitely be doing more if they are offered. The best bit is that it was proper cooking and not watered down for kids, really valuable skills learned and absolutely delicious bakes brought home!

Thanks again for supporting my daughter, she has a tough time in many ways with confidence and navigating social situations and baking is her happy place. She will come back and volunteer for you in year 7 and 8 if you need her, she learns so much from you.
